24 hrs fast started at 9pm. Tomorrow at 9pm I’m going to sound the alarm 🚨 as the 14 day detox will be over.
But wait a minute…I’m going to keep going until Day 21 with the detox (no fasting) just the diet plan as studies say after 21 days of doing something - it becomes a habit and I’m looking for a lifestyle change.
I will then incorporate intermittent fasting.
