I know this detox working for sure i been having headaches since I started. I’m on day 4. I’m trying to drink more water, but it’s hard when I’m working 8 to 9 hr shifts 😩.. I been reading up on it and i know for sure it’s from sugar withdrawal. Y’all pray for me 🥹
