I recently learned how to make sushi, and now the whole house keeps asking me to make sushi. I’m like, they’re going to keep working me until I get it 100% right. It takes years to be a good sushi maker. But no one cares. ‘I want sushi, please.’ I’m still working on my rolling and stuffing technique.
