Mary J and Taraji P be in the gym working out. They have posted themselves in the gym. But these young girls want everything instant. Gotta put in the work and get some discipline and I'm talking to myself, too. I lost 50 pounds and hope to lose another 50. My A1c good now....much better. But if I lose 50 more maybe I can get off these shots.
