How is it okay for a 7 1/2-8 year old to contract Genital Warts and that’s okay? Clarence stated in a previous interview he was in prison during the time this happened to Chantel. He was not. Clarence Freeman was arrested for DV on 4/21/2003. According to documents the alleged incident happened from 2/200/-4/21-2003 per the court documents. To Clarence Freeman credit he was found Exceptionally Cleared. Please make sure you look up the meaning of that word. This means Chantel case can in fact be reopened if there is new evidence. It was not found “Unfounded” like prior cases regarding Chantel.

Also, the prostitution and Uncle abusing her was unfounded per the court document. Remember Chantel was indeed 7 1/2 -8 years old when she was violated.
