Try glucomann I take two and drink a bottle of water before dinner and it suppresses my appetite also look up berbrine as well, I fast for 16 hours and then eat a big meal and then for dinner I take the glucomannan and its makes me only eat a little bit.. And I have been hitting the gym at least 4 times a week hopefully by Christmas I will have lost some weight I'm 245 now.
