Of course I’m always on the go, so I picked up a carrot juice from my local juice bar. This will hold me until lunch time. Carrots are great for eliminating arthritis. I know so many older women who drink two glasses of carrot and green apple juice everyday and have eliminated their arthritis symptoms. It’s tastes great too!

This what your plates will be looking like the first five days of the detox. We will have programs ready for download by Friday so u can shop over the weekend. Please also have a blender ready.. I Will suggest a few cost effective ones.
