I had a headache too and losing a few lbs in such a short time is motivating for sure! Don’t get me started on cooking for the Fam chile……it’s so hard not to take a bite but….NOPE doing this for me 💪🏾

I can’t believe that I am drinking a Kale, Green Apple, Banana Smoothie with water only this morning……I never would of thought! AND it actually tastes good! This Detox is a life changer for me 💯

Didn’t want to weigh in but my goodness 👀, down 4.2 lbs! (I do workout 🏋️‍♀️ as well)
