I’m had to go to Dave&Busters. All I ate was salad and water. I just kept repeating to myself “I am making a choice to choose better for myself”. It was hard, but I made it! On my way home to mix a green smoothie🙄

I sweetened my oatmeal with mashed banana. Surprisingly it was good.
