Have you tried putting your water in glass bottle? It’s better for us. Sometimes plastic leaks through the water. That can cause our body to be off balance or give us problems. You can google it. I also noticed that certain waters work better for me. I usually go for a higher ph. Love the daily journals. :)

I have dealt with depression. What I realize that food was hindering me from thinking clearly and putting self first. Since I’ve been detoxing I don’t have the brain frog. Also, I noticed I am learning to love myself again. We gotcha your back! Keep up the good work.
