This is a great episode. I have several nephews who are security guards. I’m black my nephews are black. At the time they had no criminal backgrounds I encouraged them to become police officers. It was much more money then what they are earning and we won’t ever talk about the benefits. How can we as a people complain about the cops in our community if we don’t go for the jobs to help change the make up of those cops. We have to infiltrate our city county and state government positions if we will ever make effective change. It has to happen.
