A little help please. I sent a email. I had been trying to change my card info buy was unable to. So I made a new account. In the email I sent I stated the about and to not charger my account. I ain't got $24 dollars to give I have $12. We'll today your charged my account. I would like a refund. I sent another email.
Please fix this. That $12 was intend for my Urban Air subscription for my children.
I got 3 more weeks before my children go back to school and they need, I need their outside of my house entertainment.
