How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password?", enter the email associated with your account, and click "Send Instructions." You will receive an email with instructions shortly. Click the "Reset Password" link in the email to set a new password, and you'll be redirected to the catalog page.
How do I change my password?
Once logged into your account, click "Account" in the top navigation menu. Select "Security," and you'll be able to change your password from there.
How do I update my billing information?
Log into your account, click "Account" in the top navigation menu, then select "Billing." Click "Use Another Card" to enter your new card details.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
After logging in, click "Dashboard" in the top navigation menu. Select "Purchases" and click the "Cancel Membership" button. Your membership will be canceled, and access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, contact your credit card company to ensure the purchase is valid. Additionally, some cards do not allow recurring subscription billing, which may lead to a decline.

Can I receive a refund for a live event?
We do not offer refunds for live events. If you experienced technical difficulties or have any further questions, please contact tashak@streaming-subscription.com.
Do you issue refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions?
As per our terms and conditions, we do not issue refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions. You will receive an email notification several days in advance of the invoice date, giving you adequate time to cancel if needed. For questions, contact tashak@streaming-subscription.com.
If you signed up through an in-app subscription, please follow the instructions below based on your device:
Apple:
Go to your settings > iTunes & App Store > Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription. For more details, visit Apple Support.
Android:
Open Google Play Store > Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions > Find the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel Subscription. For more information, visit Google Play Support.
