Brown rice with all of this on top that I sautéed below in avocado oil:
Green pepper, yellow pepper, orange pepper, red pepper, ginger, cabbage, kale, spinach, chopped mushrooms (which I never eat), broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with dry seasoning (turmeric, black pepper, basil, oregano, parsley & thyme) and drizzled lemon.
I use what I have in the house and/or get what’s missing but I keep it simple and it was Bangin’ Bangin’
Next time I’ll throw in fresh pineapples and plantains on the side 😝
