FIRST WINO POST ALERT!!!!!!

I want to comment on all this fiasco with Chelsea and partially vent because as a entrepreneur I have faced the same. The issue is Tasha was too accommodating and as black women we bite ourselves because our culture does not have the morals and character for the culture I believe TK was trying to have with her staff. There’s 2 Faults to learn from
1. Allowing Chelsea and other staff to work on their goals, dreams, projects, business etc
2. Being an approachable leader

I myself have made this mistake too many times. The intention is to see others grow, and have a oriented space but it only breeds envy, inward competition, and back hand malice.

Other cultures are able to sustain this culture were everyone wins by lifting the person behind and in front of them and mutual respect is cultivated while hierarchy is maintained.

Tasha I hate this for you and your brand but know this is your blessing lesson and will propel you to the next amazing level. You are strong, resilient, and a force that demands submission. Keep thriving in these blessing babes with a protected heart!!!
