Water, black tea, my homemade seamoss, Chlorophyll drops in alkaline water, vitamins, a few Walnuts, 2 18oz fruit smoothies, and my salad (Kale, spinach, radish, onions, tomato's, lemon for the dressing, and seasoned with black pepper and a little Dash). I'm ready for tomorrow. Good night Wino's.
