1- "45's" court cases were being prepared long before he announced that he would run for President; it takes time to prepare complex cases- with over 90 charges, he will be convicted on some of the charges-- if you don't understand the charges, understand mathematical probability;

2- If convicted of the GA charges, 45 must serve a min. of 5 years before a Governor/politician could pardon him;

3-  Seasoned/older NY-ers know of 45 before pre- internet (way before many were even born; he is no one to celebrate and does not have the wealth that some thinks he has right now. If time permits, check the news archives, real estate records, and deals of decades ago for knowledge); and 

4- Systemic Racism, and a lack of formal and informal  education is what plagues many of us.
