Man was I stalking the clock around 11am! Be I made it!!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ

I work from home so around 1pm I hit the kitchen to prep all my veggies & seasonings and made a quick meal which was very tasty & filling!

Olive oil,Onion, garlic, celery, bell peppers (all colors) parsley, jalapeรฑo, celery leaves, beet leaves, cabbage, carrot, zucchini w/ chickpeas, apple cider vinegar

Garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, mrs. Dash, red pepper flakes, squeeze of 1/2 lemon & 1/2 orange

I did a strength & cardio workout during my fast window when we were on 16:8 - I felt like passing out- I finished it but it was rough! I love water - I can drink it with or without lemon, room temp or cold - however lately Iโ€™ve been loving it room temp

Hereโ€™s what I did yesterday - Iโ€™ve found that Iโ€™m real weak and lightheaded during the fasting periods, so for me, I workout after Iโ€™ve broken my fast.
