Here’s what I did yesterday - I’ve found that I’m real weak and lightheaded during the fasting periods, so for me, I workout after I’ve broken my fast.

Have you tried infusing your water with lemon lime cucumbers etc.? those are very cool and refreshing— praying for you though- you got this!

Hey Michelle, please don’t be discouraged, 4 lbs is better than none. Also try to get a bit more vigorous workout in for 30mins to get your heart rate up a bit, or some strength training, also walking works wonders too! Don’t give up though - you’re feeling great and that’s most important
