I'm so excited y'all. When I first weighed myself last Tuesday, I weighed in at 224, but today hunnnnayyyyy I weighed in at 209... TF 15lbs y'all. I swear this the best thing going. I owe a thank you to you Tasha and this community. Everytime I wanted to give up, I thought of y'all. Ain't no stopping me now. Love you all frfr

Zucchini with homemade tomato sauce that looks like salsa, but oh well... Fist time making tomato sauce. With a portobello mushroom as bread. It looks gross, but actually not bad.

I really am not a fan of the taste of Olive Leaf, but I figure if I can take a shot of some alcohol that's potentially messing my kidneys and liver up.... I damn sure can take a shot of something that's going to be beneficial to my body.

For me the hardest part of getting my exercise in is motivation, cause once I'm working out I always feel so much better afterwards.

My day 6 is tomorrow. I couldn't find the iterary for the rest of the days.

So from my memory and looking back on some of these post.... 6-8 only a 8 hour window to eat and 16 for fasting right? Please someone help, so I can make sure I stay on track and to make sure I'm doing it correctly.
