Look at this way… if you have protein in your urine… then the last thing you need is more meat protein. The detox in this form will actually be healing to your body. Make yourself eat something from your detox list. Just pick up a fruit or a raw veggie and eat it. And definitely keep yourself hydrated. I can’t imagine when the doctor sees you that he/she would want you to be dehydrated on top of the current issue. The detox is a gift to yourself and your body. It is the medicine to keep you while you wait to see the doctor. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 for you. And so you don’t feel alone from the looks of it we are all having some day 5 issues… so we are in it with you together….💚🌱💚🌱💚

I have horrible insomnia but detoxing and movement has finally made my body fall asleep. However… it does take time to wind down because i have energy.
