Girl, you got me in tears over here! 🥲This has definitely been an emotional journey. My husband just looked at me and said can you stop you don't even cry that much forme. Lol, men. He did the Detox with us and believe me it was not easy for him as well. I feel like we as a community need to do something else next. But I'm not sure what.😘🥰

For anyone just getting started

This was a great idea I got from one of the ladies in the community to clean my fruit. I added apple cider vinegar to the water. I normally would just wash the fruit off. Ignore the Orange juice in my cart I'm thinking Tasha said no orange juice because of the acid. This was on day 8 when I had to go back to the store.
