Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but facts remain on how it is actually perfectly ok to eat once or twice a day just as it is to fast... the most important part of doing so is WHAT exactly your consuming in that one or two meals you consume....

I think the situation with Monique is a matter of...decedents of slavery learned that black women having hair wrapped were done for bad reasons wraps made us shame, noticed as slaves, and unexotic it was frowned upon....While descendents from Africa meaning anyone who self, parents, grandparents, or great grandparents are African looked at wrapping as a part of royalty, part of protection, it's culture. It's about retraining the brain.
Intermittent fasting you stop eating at about 8pm and don't eat food til bout 12pm just water, smoothie, or juice. I do intermittent fasting every day and 24hr fast once a week. Fasting is EVERYTHING!
