Not everyone's brain works that way though. Some remember down to minute detail and some don't even remember the deed because they repress the memory so hard. Your body knows what it can handle and some memories can cause such extreme reaction that it'll lead to self destruction. We have self preservation build into us and the mechanics of our body.
