and some people have enough bone that they don’t need grafts BUT regardless it takes time for the implant to “take” meaning bone growing around it which does take about 3-4 mts but temporary teeth(dentures) can be placed over the implant pegs until the bone becomes secure around the implant and then the actual implants is attached to either individual teeth (which is more costly) or the bridge of teeth into only a few implants
