AB👑 I think this is the point a lot of people are missing. Nobodies stories add up. I would love to see a thorough investigation, private journalist & detectives, not slack ass and overworked investigators for a local police department.
To be honest, I don't think he raped his daughter. However, I do think his promiscuity, incarceration, and limited knowledge about sexual abuse left his daughter vulnerable and unprotected.
To be fair, it wasn't until recently that the masses started receiving education on the signs and symptoms of sexual abuse.
Not one person in this five-part series is telling the WHOLE truth. There are a lot of half-truths. Parts 5 and 6 didn't help anyone's case; it made it worse.
This is one of those situations, where somebody knows people in high places or government agencies dropped the ball and covered everything up. A child getting herpes should've resulted in the entire damn family, her teachers, neighbors, and the postman getting investigated.

The sexual abuse and severely dysfunctional family dynamics plays a huge role in Chantel’s behaviors. At the end of the day, so many people failed Chantel as a child. Chantel was not protected and it resulted in her being trafficked and significant mental illness. .
