I suggest weekly , due to the fact that I work in healthcare ER. So I do 3/12’s this would help to settle down and relax each night. Also, on my 4 days off it will give me something good to watch and help me stay off YouTube watching court tv. lol 😂 🍷🥄🍷🥄🍷🥄 Thank you for all you do. 😄😄😄
