Not to be funny but it’s possible I have a family member whose a gay man, and he literally had hiv for 6yrs with no symptoms living abroad in college….he didn’t have access to healthcare too much….he came back home to see us and got real sick and went to the hospital and boom! It had turned into full blown aids it’s real, it’s happening and it can happen to any of us!
