After yesterday my body was tired. I woke up made sure my kids had breakfast and I went back to bed around 9 something. ππ I got up at 2pm hungry but was too lazy to get up. I finally gave in and made a mushroom black bean soup.

This past week I was too busy to notice if I was hungry. But I kept my water intake up and ate my meals. After setting up for a repast for my childhood friend's that lost their father. But I'm still strong on my detox tho βπΎ
