Sorry to hear this sis, but increase your water intake to flush that protein while waiting for your appointment. Consuming the fruits/vegetables right now is good so keep going (it doesn’t hurt) …if you develop any swelling anywhere go to the ER! (not trying to scare you…just want you to be aware) …..but the most important thing is hydrate, hydrate, HYDRATE 💋💋
