My butt was SO hungry 🤤 today I didn’t even post my breakfast/lunch but I had a Kale Spinach Banana Kewi Mango Smoothie and I only used water……so good! I think I drank it too fast cause then my stomach started hurting

Today is my weigh in day (since I weighed last Wednesday) and I’m proud to say I am a total of 11 lbs. down 💃💃💃💃I wish I would of did my starting measurements

I made spaghetti with Zucchini noodles, grapes tomatoes, onion, garlic, bell peppers,and Mrs. Dash ……yasssss (doing the happy dance 💃)

I am hanging in there! I’ve done 16:8 before in the past but this 18:6 …….whoah! Now I know how a diabetic feels….I feel woozy as heck

I can avoid eating (to fast), no problem!

My actual problem is drinking water!

I won’t eat OR drink…..I know I KNOW ….drink Peaches 🤦🏾‍♀️……please pray for me y’all
