She’s telling the truth. You should talk to the the former manager of BarOne Charlotte that he used to also date. His employees in Charlotte filed EEOC cases and his restaurant records showed business charges of things like hair weave being bought but employees weren’t be paid and terminated when going against the grain. BarOne had previous Labor & EEOC charges where the company was found liable and he didn’t pay the fines. A larger multi-agency investigation has never been pursued although advised.
