Exactly! I have been hearing stories about this church for years! It has never been about the pastor but all about the others that run the church! No way I will ever pay tithes to a church for years and I become homeless and not expect MY CHURCH to not help me financially! That’s not the Lord ‘s work

This is why I won’t ever pay tithes! All that money people donate to pastors lavish lifestyles and they couldn’t help her financially??? Crazy as hell to me! It doesn’t make sense

I remember when I first moved to DFW in 99, all of my 8th grade classmates was talking about the new building being built for the Potters House. I had no clue that a church could be so HUGE. I automatically thought “that can’t be a real church”. But it’s said that TD Jakes is blessed and so is his word. Idk, I’ve only been once. Didn’t like it cause it was too big for my liking. I hate this lady had to go through this. This happens more than is told.

Exactly why I pay every month my $12.99. I said if I can support Hulu and Netflix and all of the other wypipo, I can DAMN SURE SUPPORT you. Been here since the beginning. Keep going!
