I had a sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Salad with mixed greens, spinach, onions, cucumbers, bell pepper, green apple, green grapes, broccoli, cauliflower and olives. For my dressing I used olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon/lime juice, mrs dash, pepper, paprika and onion powder.

And for my beans I had navy and garbanzo beans with smoked paprika, pepper, onion/garlic powder and mrs dash.

Surprisingly I was full for the rest of the night. I'm really enjoying this detox
