I had a sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Salad with mixed greens, spinach, onions, cucumbers, bell pepper, green apple, green grapes, broccoli, cauliflower and olives. For my dressing I used olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon/lime juice, mrs dash, pepper, paprika and onion powder.

And for my beans I had navy and garbanzo beans with smoked paprika, pepper, onion/garlic powder and mrs dash.

Surprisingly I was full for the rest of the night. I'm really enjoying this detox

You got this, we're not going to claim that for you, we're going to claim that you'll be able to eat and tolerate ALL the fruits and vegetables and etc, to complete this 14 day detox
