Hi Tasha and Winos!

Tasha, I am looking forward to your upcoming segments on health, wealth and well-being. I would absolutely LOVE for you to interview my EVOX Therapist, Dr. Sonia Barrett. Dr. Barret has her PH.D in Parapyschology and Masters in Applied Neuroscience. Dr. Barrett is based out of LA but EVOX can be done remotely. For those who may not know, EVOX Therapy is a non-invasive, voice mapping and biofeedback technology. Essentially, it helps someone identify and reframe subconscious emotional patterns which may hinder one from moving toward their desired goals. It works by analyzing the frequency in your voice to which it then reveals emotional stressors and limited beliefs when discussing specific topics; allowing one to shift into a more empowered mindset.

If you ever felt stuck in a behavioral pattern, evox can help; if you want to release emotional stress or traumas, evox can help; if you want clarity and confidence, evox can help. If you want to increase your income, EVOX can help. Tasha, if you want to be a better leader (as you’ve mentioned in the past), evox can help.

Since doing EVOX, I’ve made more money, improved interpersonal relationships and moved past fear, self-doubt and emotional wounds.

Dr. Barrett’s work is respected by many business owners, physicians, celebrities (get the wine for us, Tasha-lol) and professional athletes.

I’m going to include her website and social media handlebar but please do not make your decision purely based on her social media presence, she actually works and doesn’t focus on marketing herself. Lol

To quote you, Tasha, “the customer is always right”. Lol. Pleeeeeease interview her- you will see the magnitude of this mental wellness service and the benefits it can have for other winos.

Oh, and she’s a black woman! 😉

I didn’t even question if she was married. This a good point. Are you married?

A conversation is necessary but you must first talk with yourself. Shifting a ten year behavioral pattern will be an adjustment better managed with transparency and honesty. Why do you want to stop paying bills? What variables have changed? Will it help to allocate household responsibilities as an alternative to paying bills? Could you possibly adjust the financial contributions to another percentage- for example: 60 to 40, 70 to 30, 80 to20? Are these your personal beliefs or are you being subjected to suggestive programming? If he doesn’t agree, what are you alternative options?

No one can tell you what to do bc we don’t know the full spectrum of your marriage and the prior agreements you made with your husband but you can certainly adjust the terms and agreements. I think you should really sit with yourself and ask all the questions you need, to get a full understanding of why you agreed initially and why you’re deciding to change. This is a partnership so it will help to think about it from his perspective as well without bringing up other women and marriages as a supporting argument. Hope this helps! ♥️

Chelsea must of forgotten that we, Winos, are grown, intelligent women whom do not react impulsively to sensationalized, selectively edited and highly manipulative clips. Go ahead and boost your content, girl, so you can encourage clickbait in order to run Tasha her money from these book sales. 💅🏾

Tasha, I really admire how you have this amazing ability to shift someone’s emotions from negative to positive using humor. The tupperware comment helped her snap out of the emotional effects of the betrayal she was describing. It’s like you’re a natural emotional alchemist!
