I broke my 24 hour fast with some piping hit bone broth! Total weight loss 13 pounds! This is a great start to my lifestyle change as far as eating and being healthy goes! I feel so much better! No heartburn, no gas, I feel lighter and more comfy. My clothes fit so much looser! My breast aren't reaching my chin anymore lol π I just genuinely feel better overall! This was such a great experience, I learned a lot and will continue to apply these new changes daily! WE DID WINOS πΎπ·π₯ IN MY KAMALA WE DID IT JOEEEE VOICE π€£π€£π€£

This will serve as Day 12 and 13s meals! It is delicious π seasoned with fresh garlic, Mrs Dash ( Salt Free) and a Lil coconut Aminos and my fav cilantro π I haven't had an appetite in several days!

These were so delicious and full of flavor! I roasted the veggies and some chickpeas! Fresh garlic, cilantro and Mrs Dash salt free! These babies feel apart but they were good going down! I made a quick 2 ingredient dressing for my salad fresh lemon π juice and some Avocado oil! π₯ ππ

Broke my fast with this deliciousness today. 1 banana π one mango π₯ 1.5 Avocados π₯ half of a pineapple π and 2 tablespoons of Almond butter ( no sugar) Topped with raspberries blueberries π« and hemp hearts. The batch was big π so I split it up into 3 meals. It was sooooo good yall! I did not include the apple in this FYI.
