Yes! Everyday that I’m on duty I have to pray, because my mouth is real slick. The Dr.’s aren’t doctoring anymore. Anytime there is a covid pt they will not go into the room and the white nurses be trying to be slick by giving you the complicated pt’s. You work so hard for that title only for you to be stressed and fatigue with going into a toxic environment. I see why a lot of nurses are opting out for travel assignments. As soon as my son graduates that’s what I plan on doing. Hang in there and put your earpiece in to reset! You got this! 🫶🏾🙏🏾💪🏾
