No access to streaming

My membership doesn't allow me streaming access to anything can tech support fix the problem?

I subscribed for 2.99 I watched the Baddie Twins interview. I was charged 2.99 already. Now you have to upgrade to 12.99 to see anything else. The total is 15.00. This isn't right not to tell people from the beginning that your have to Upgrade access the other videos. It's greedy and dishonest!
