Y’all still going strong!

I am really doing it!! This GRAIN FREE cereal is crazy GOOOD! ( basically almonds and other nuts and I add extra non sweetened organic coconut) with fresh pressed almond and walnut milk ( Dates to sweeten, REAL vanilla abstract and a lil Ceylon cinnamon when doing the milk) A salad with my favorite Arugula.. Dressing- Organic Olive Oil ( higher grade) a drop of coconut oil, and fresh squeezed lime juice, pepper, Italian seasonings My fresh pressed Juice and that NASTY ASS Olive leaf 🤣

Because I already tried Juicing myself, this time I drove to get a gallon of fresh juice! I told them what I wanted in it and they juiced it... Only thing is, I have to drank the gallon in 3 days to maintain all the nutrients.
