They're talking about the winos that came in on the App when it first started it was $2.99. Now the App price is at $12.00 and for this price you can access all of the content but at the old day one price of $2.99 they will only let you access the live shows and nothing else. And it might seem unfair because the lower tier paying winos are Grandfathered in at the low price and should still have access to everything as well.
