Lots of water tea/coffee to get through the work day. For me room temp water is easier. Cold is refreshing only when I’m hot.
Stay busy and stay productive. When you are stressed, not candy or snacks. Take a walk outside around your building. Or dip into an empty office or the restroom and bust out 10 squats. If you got it in you, do it every hour!! You will feel your power and your strength ignite! If you absolutely must must cheat, then just make it with fruit only! It processes in the digestive system fast.
