Now is the opposite with me yesterday I wasn’t hungry I said this is going to be easy breezy doing the 16 hours but today I totally couldn’t wait to make my smoothie at 2:00 PM. I must didn’t eat enough yesterday within my eight hours because I was so ready to eat today

yes she is absolutely right no meets the entire 14 days, no meat, no dairy, no sugar, no carbs. Only fruit vegetables and raw nuts

I been feeling awesom today is day four and I don’t even feel like I’m missing anything I really enjoy eating grapes and apples as a snack instead of cake and cookies

yummy delicious I just made a pot of cabbage the other night so now I am going to incorporate all of those other ingredients you have and mix it together as a stir fry and I just bought some sweet potatoes today so I am definitely going to try that dessert
