Candid by Teneice thank you. Yours looks great just wondering what type of method you use? I only use the sushi mat. Yes half cup rice with just a little bit of rice vinegar and make a rice ball to spread. Then spread it thin on the nori. The only difference I see is maybe your rice is wetter than mine.

What are you using to roll your sushi? I just took a sushi making class and it’s really easy but they didn’t show us how to do it with the nori on top
