Not really working out much but I am hitting this yoga mat for 30 minutes a day. A lil discouraged, I’ve only lost about 4 pounds (I promise I’m not cheating) but I do feel great, so that’s cool. I just thought I might shed a few more pounds by now 🤷🏽♀️
