Mango, avocado, green olives (I prefer Castelvetrano style) and habenero pepper!

When I first saw this recipe, I thought it was so weird I just had to try it…Love it!! I have it for breakfast often, very filling!

So yesterday was one of my son’s birthday and of all places his girlfriend plans a bd dinner, its at a Brazilian Steakhouse 😆 Now this was no problem for me (I’m pretty much vegan) but it was in Napa (wine country) Valley 😩 But I did it y’all, a fancy glass of water (or 3) and their whack ass salad bar! So I know I can do this thang…Wayment, the weekend is coming 😳 that’s gonna be the real test 🍷🚫 💪🏾

Pan seared (avocado oil)Oyster Mushrooms (seasoned with smoked paprika, onion and garlic powder, dried basil, oregano and thyme), avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cilantro salad and a lil arugula on the side!

Pineapple, orange, ginger juice with watercress, dandelion leaves and cilantro…an acquired taste indeed 😆 ima finish it tho 😂

Btw this lil portable blender is perfect to take to work. It’s chargeable so no cords. Blends up your goodies in 20 sec!
