Last night I felt like I didnāt go to sleep but surprisingly this day Iām energetic and not sleepy.
I forgot to take a pic of my breakfast but it was a oat,raspberries & banana smoothie :
1/3 cup oats
1 banana
1 cup of that homemade oatmilk I made the other day
1 handful of rasberries

Jump Rope - from the CrossRope app - 35 min HIIT with 2lb, 1lb, 1/2 lb, and 1/4 lb ropes- it almost killed me but I made it through! After that I did a cool down and stretch

Tashaās chickpea soup last night inspired me to make some. Found a simple recipe on Pinterest to meet my needs! And Lord knows itās good!!!

I cup greens ( I used a mix of spinach, red &green Swiss chard, arugula, tatsoi)
1 1/4 cup of unsweetened homemade oat milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Blend for two minutes -Creamy and delicious!

Question: Are dates (dried) allowed?
Update- all is going well, I be so excited to eat my veggies and fruit. Iāve had to resist the urge of other foods because having a family eating outside of the detox is a challenge. (But Iāve consistently denied myself) Been having mild headaches but nothing I canāt get through. Have been experiencing a bit of fatigue ( but nothing I can push through with exercise) And finally that scale is moving from 214 to 205 is nothing short of amazing!!!

Todays lunch: spaghetti squash w/ zucchini, red onion, green-yellow-red-orange bell peppers, jalapeƱo, garlic, black beans, cumin and salsa and apple cider vinegar šspicy and tasty!

Greetings and blessings Everyone! I hope youāre all enjoying the challengeā¤ļø Iām doing well so far, went grocery shopping a few moments ago to get more items. Iām about to get real creative in this kitchen and have fun with this detox! Iām super excited and very optimistic! Yesterday I did complete my exercise, drank over 60 oz of water, and I did eat what I was supposed to. I did find that being bored brought thoughts of foods and snacks and all things weāre not supposed to have to my mind. But I refocused my thoughts and found activities to get my mind off those foods. Todayās breakfast is an oatmeal blueberry banana w/ chia seed smoothie. FYI: Kroger, if youāre in Houston, TX , had the supplements buy one, get one free!

Breakfast - Smoothie ( 1 carrot, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 banana, 1/2 mango & water)
Lunch - small baked sweet potato, w/ cinnamon & nutmeg paired with 3/4 cup cucumbers w/lemon juice, green onions & Mrs. Dash

Yāall Iām so excited to be a part of this challenge with each of you. I will do this and I will complete it no matter what! Iāve started my day by weighing myself, doing my body measurements, and taking my ābeforeā pics. Iām just now enjoying this bitter cup of black coffee but the more I sip the more I find it to not be āthat badāš¤£š¤£š¤£. Water bottle filledā , Day planner is in progress, next up Breakfast smoothie, then a jump rope workout- will post more pics of this journey along the wayšš½ā¤ļøā¤ļø
