I’m finally able to really eat. I made a chipotle burrito bowl . Absolutely delicious

I used brown rice

Instead of Kale I used what I had, arugula

I omitted the honey

Didn’t know what chipotle paste was so I took a can of chipotle peppers and blending them in the food processor🤷🏾‍♀️😊

Hey y’all- started my fast at 9pm last night, breakfast at 1pm

So far so good, drinking water, and will have a cup of black coffee. I plan on doing a workout and running errands to keep me from being idle.

How you doing so far?

My Breakfast situation:

1c spinach

1/4 c oats

1 scoop chia seeds

1/2 frozen banana

1 c pineapple

1 cup (homemade no sugar,sweetener of any kind added, no salt added oat milk )

*Add ice if not using frozen fruit

Another Snack - green & red apples, greens, cucumbers,walnuts, 1 tsp of grape seed oil, juice from 1 lemon & cayenne 😋

Last night I felt like I didn’t go to sleep but surprisingly this day I’m energetic and not sleepy.

I forgot to take a pic of my breakfast but it was a oat,raspberries & banana smoothie :

1/3 cup oats

1 banana

1 cup of that homemade oatmilk I made the other day

1 handful of rasberries

Jump Rope - from the CrossRope app - 35 min HIIT with 2lb, 1lb, 1/2 lb, and 1/4 lb ropes- it almost killed me but I made it through! After that I did a cool down and stretch

Tasha’s chickpea soup last night inspired me to make some. Found a simple recipe on Pinterest to meet my needs! And Lord knows it’s good!!!

I cup greens ( I used a mix of spinach, red &green Swiss chard, arugula, tatsoi)

1 1/4 cup of unsweetened homemade oat milk

1/2 cup blueberries

1 banana

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Blend for two minutes -Creamy and delicious!
