I think we are Day 11. Are you getting plenty of H2o 💦💧💦since we have moved into the 20 hour fast? It’s super important

Also i wanted to give an update on my hormones. I know this is TMI but i feel a bond😂. I started my full cycle today. I have not had a hormone acne outbreak. I normally get one around my chin area or my cheek starting about a week prior to my cycle… i have nothing yet… also i would normally be totally incapacitated with cramps. Now, the cramps are still there but i am not having to take a bunch of Tylenol in order to function. I am however resting my body and using heat therapy. I also know that my diet is playing a huge part.

Has some else felt a difference in your hormones while on the detox. I am never going back to my old eating habits. I don’t know yet what the balance will be but clean eating and fasting will be a part of my life going forward. It’s just too many upsides to this. 💚 to you Tasha K💚

Fasting done for day and finished with smoothie and fruit. Made a mushroom “meat” bolognese with spaghetti squash for dinner.., gonna stop eating by 7pm tonight to prepare for the 20 hour.

It’s still dark but i am up early working on my first cup of H2o 💦💧💦💧. Although i mostly like my water ice cold I try to have room temp water in the morning to not shock my system. Can anyone else drink room temp water?

Side note. Guys we haven’t had a normal western society diet in 10 days. Aside from being super gassy ⛽️I feel wonderful! We are doing so good detoxers. I am so excited!!! 💚🌱💚🌱💚

I am on the phone with a friend and i have told her eight times i am ready to eat… what is weird is i am not even hungry… just mentally processing not eating until 4pm?

What about i just sang real loud into my friends ear “gimme tha yams 🍠 sweet yams” the problem is i don’t even realize it… my mind ya’ll … lol…

I don’t even get out of the bed until i have drank at least 12 oz of H2o💧💧💧. It’s day 9 we are all in on a 18/6. It’s so important to stay hydrated during your fasting time. I get to break my fast at 4 pm. When do you break yours? We have made it more than half way. We are awesome! 💚🌱💚🌱💚🌱💚

I finally broke my fast. I was almost two hours late. Hungry but not dying so i technically went almost 20 hours today. I feel amazing!!! How do you guys feel? Speaking of guys… are there any doing this detox. If so we want to hear from you too!💚🌱💚🌱💚

Since starting the detox I have lost to date 11lbs. My body is thanking Tasha K sooo much!!! I have now lost a total of 21 lbs. The detox came right on time where I didn't plateau. And now my body has been getting healthy good nutrition. I woke up this morning at 5:18 a.m. and have woke up early since day three (Not sure that I mentally love this but my body has all this energy). I am going to sleep and staying asleep. This was the miracle my body needed. I am ready to prepare for the next phase because I decided I don't want to go back to the eating lifestyle that I was in pre Tasha K detox. Much ♥️ Tasha K for taking your winos (detoxers) on this healthy journey.

Good morning! We are in day 8!!! It is so imperative that your H2o 💧💧💧is on point during this fasting time! Finishing up a second hospital cup early this a.m. We are doing great! Fasting was easier yesterday although i was counting the hours to break my fast! I already have my lunch/dinner ready and fruits to break my fast with. Just a reminder to NOT break your fast with nuts. Tasha can confirm but i think fruits are the easiest on your body to break fast. I am so very proud of us. Let’s get this week!!!💦💚💦

It was rough today. I am on my third catering delivery. No food. Just breaking my fast with a smoothie but i did it. Can you believe I have been cooking and setting up all day and didn’t swallow a bite.
