I had A simple kiwi and green apple juice, it was tart with a sweet taste. Which I enjoyed because I have been drinking mainly water since we started.

I made a cabbage soup a few days ago and boil some sweet potatoes. I cut the sweet potato in half and put it in the air fryer today.

I have been enjoying this salad for breakfast everyday. Ingredients: Salad, almonds, apples, dates and a little vinaigrette sauce I made with basics ingredients.
