I still have 2 more days left in my 14 day fasting. But im so happy to have completed a small mile stone. I was round 210 when i started now (as of this morning) 199.7 🥳🥳🥳. It seemed like forever but i pushed through. My birthday is Feb 26 so i am going to continue to fast til then.
Today is day 6 and it honestly seem like forever lol. Ive had a few slip ups but I kept going. I'm ready for this 16hr fast. I can say my biggest challenge is finding food that satisfy me. Everything seems to be cold kinda of foods. I want something cooked that taste good. But it's cool I'm pushing through
Today is only day 3. Why havent i lost 100lbs yet lol... Im actually feeling great today. The hardest thing for me right now is finding things to cook. I have Darius Cooks "Vegan But With Soul" book and its a great book. But i dont think i can cook any of these during my fasting period. So can anyone send me a few recipes for the next few days.
