My dinner was roasted cabbage with garlic and red pepper flakes. The Wino detox community is the best! Everyone is so supportive, encouraging sharing recipes and introducing different food ideas. We are at the end guys. We all got this and we are loving our results. Let go!!!!

Dinner tonight is roasted vegetables( sweet potato,cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts,carrots and red onions with avocado

I'm feeling sooo good. I'm sleeping better. I don't wake up tired!

  • I broke my fast today with a lentil and vegetable soup and now for dinner I'm having sweet potato fries and 2 black bean veggie burgers with onion and avocado on a romaine lettuce bun.

Today was a lot better. Thank you guys for all your help! It hard sometimes for me to stop working. Working through lunch is my normal thing but today I made time to sit at my desk to actually eat.

Oh my God guys... I'm struggling with this fast while at work today...I'm in at work at 7:30am I broke my fast with fruit at noon and dinner at 6pm I'm feeling very light headed. Is this normal?

I'm having brown rice and roasted vegetables.

I'm a day behind in the detox. I start to fast tomorrow 😩

I didn't start my detox till Tuesday but I have been sticking to the program the only issue I'm having is I'm getting headaches from time to time through out the detox. Is anyone else having this issue? Other than that I'm feeling really good right.
